  • Day 2 [60-90 mins]: Microarray data analysis and DEGs identification
  • Day 3 [60-90 mins]: RNA-Seq data analysis and DEGs identification
  • Day 4 [60-90 mins: Meta-analysis of multiple datasets and DEGs identification

He plays an active role in designing new computational biology pipelines to advance the field.
