INTRODUCTION

• Day 1 [60-90 mins]: Theory session including introduction to pathway and GO enrichment, tools, biological networks. Installing all the software, packages, and pre-requisites before starting
• Day 2 [60-90 mins]: Hands-on training on GSEA, fgsea, GSVA
• Day 3 [60-90 mins]: FFL network construction & enrichment analysis
