INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the three-day training program focused on Univariate Survival Analysis using R, with a special emphasis on Mutational and Tumor Infiltration Analysis. This intensive course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of survival analysis techniques, particularly in the context of mutational and tumor infiltration data. Through a series of interactive lectures, hands-on workshops, and case studies, attendees will learn how to effectively analyze and interpret survival data using R programming language. By the end of the training, participants will have gained the skills and knowledge needed to confidently apply these techniques to their own research or clinical practice.
Video recording of each session will be provided at the end of the session to give the user a unique learning experience. On successful completion of the course participation certificate will be awarded.
