I hadn't studied even a single paper of bioinformatics in our whole curriculum. Though I am naive, I felt very comfortable in learning this 1 month program. I had worked on a research project under the guidance of Dr. Asif Naqvi. He was really very helpful and kind during the course of the project. I have also done workshops with Biodiscovery Group which has helped me in my career and many different ways. The team was very helpful and very quick whenever I was in need of any help or faced any doubts. The project was explained and demonstrated to me in a well and organised way. Looking forward to work with this firm again in my near future.

It was an informative research project as i learned alot about the computational approaches for drug discoveries and designing. Thanks for giving me this opportunity and for helping me to build my future career. Adding some phases will be interesting and informative such as drug target selection, Homology modeling ( in case of no protein structure available in PDB), virtual screening based on either structural similarity or pharmacophore similarity and protein 3D structure analysis. Special thanks for Prof. Asif for helping me in the research project and for his great efforts too.

It was a very good experience I had with BioDiscovery group. The work went on smooth and the training was good, supplemented with appropriate materials to be equipped with the subject matter. The trainers were patient and helpful. I got an Experience Letter too from Asif Naqvi (CEO) for having researched in here. By a positive approach, excellence and efficiency of work, towards the projects, I am confident that BioDiscovery Group is on its way to provide me the credentials with the aid of a publication and/or a poster at International conference. Overall it was very interesting and fantastic experience to research at the BioDiscovery Group.

I have worked on Ebola virus program and being in touch with biodiscovery group people since past 8 months. The course work designed is very useful to get hands on drug designing concept. Thank you Biodiscovery Group people for clearing all my doubts during the journey. I truly appreciated the teaching style, I bore easy when the talks are long and this workshop kept me engaged throughout. I would also suggest organizing a workshop on research methodology and scientific writing. Looking forward to more from the biodiscovery group. keep up the good work guys! :)

The workshop added valuable training, but it needs more organization regarding material preparation and time......it needs much more than two days to fulfill it's objectives and it needs presenting data in sequenced organized way so that someone who has not got a similar training before can benefit..also it is recommended that additional trained instructors help the main instructor especially with the practical part so that we do not waste so much time trying to help each participant with the same instructor.......overall I was so happy to attend the workshop but I expected to get more benefit

It was an interactive workshop. There is lots to take back from the workshop. Learnt many new things. Looking forward for more such opportunities

i learned a lot through this workshop and now i can confidently say that i can do docking and inshaallah publish papers :-)

it was a great workshop and i want one like it in protein protein docking and its applications

The training course was not well not organized. We spent most of day one on resolving some problems with some of participants. It was obvious that most of the participants were not familiar with the basics of Linux and even windows which in turn consumes the time specified for each section, so we didn't finish the schedule of day one and we continue working on that schedule on day 2. Consequently, we didn't spend time on some sections of day2 and in particular those sections concern with analyzing the data we've got, which is the most important part that makes me register to the course. Actually for me, these two days were just like we followed a procedure written in the official NAMD & VMD tutorial, which I can do it on my own! So we follow a procedure that anyone can do using the tutorial, then we got data and we finish without analyzing what we've got! -I think it will better if the training course more than 2 days -The level of the course (Basic, intermediate, etc.) should be specified -The requirements before attending the course should be clearly outlined. I had a great time attending this workshop. It gave me an insight about many different topics and enlightened me on the prospect of Drug Designing. All in All, I benifited a lot from this training, and I'm now more aware of how research studies are conducted. My sincere thanks to the organizers.

It was a stepwise learning procedure effective enough for the long journey into the world of Bioinformatics and Drug Discovery.

Workshop was good. It really opened up the knowledge of drug design and discovery.

It was a good learning experience, I would appreciate Mr. Asif's oration skills and patience. Although a lot of informative material was sent prior to workshop I would suggest that in the introduction presentation please add a little discussion on algorithms used in drug design, it would be helpful. Thank you.

2 days workshop on practical approach in molecular simulation and dynamics , opened new ideas of research relevant to my research field in virology and cancer,but more practical application on cases studies is required by extending time from 2 days to 5 days this will help trainee to acquire skills in practising on softwares,also another point trainer may need qualified assistant (aware with workshop softwares) to help trainees especially if number of participants more than 15 Otherwise , overall evaluation was great
