To cater to the need of a huge demand for learning MD Simulations on Linux by GROMACS and on Windows by NAMD we have launched our next 7-day Technical Certificate Online Hands-on Program in Practical approach in Molecular Modeling Dynamics & Simulations | Insights of Computational Biophysics in which every day 90 minutes interactive training session will be conducted on Google Meet/Zoom to give the user a unique learning experience. Video recording will be provided at the end of the session to give the user a unique learning experience. On successful completion of the course participation certificate will be awarded. After lectures and discussions, participants will learn how to model a biological molecule such as a particular protein, solvate the protein, run minimization, equilibration, and protein simulation, and analyze the simulations.
