It's obviously a good program, and much practical dependent. It helps me to understand protein structure, folding pattern and ligand docking more deeply. I think the course should cover more area and more than 2 days then it will be more helpful for the students and researcher.

The NGS eWorkshop served as a wonderful introduction to the core theoretical concepts and current limitations in Next Generation Sequencing. However I don't think 2 hours and a skype chat is sufficient for a person to go into much detail about the subject. I suggest that next time, detailed notes and explanation of every step be given in advance as that would save much time instead of asking the same questions on skype.

Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery.
