It was a very different experience for me as it was my first e-workshop. It was informative and very educational and it helped me add few new skills to my arsenal. The instructor was friendly and patient and all my doubts were satisfactorily solved. I gained a lot from this e-workshop which will be helpful to me in future.

The workshop was good, was able to understand. It would be better if there would be more detailed description about the topics which were covered.

It was a very informative workshop. I got to learn the bioinformatics approach of vaccine design, especially the use of various offline and online tools. All in all it was an intriguing experience.

The workshop was good which provide the overview of docking. The workshop mainly focused on carrying out the docking and not much on the analysis of outcome which we get. So it has to be improved more on result interpretation part. You can cover less topics but whatever you are teaching it should be clear to the students, otherwise it is not much of use. May you improve it to make student understand what you are teaching. Thank you.

This is the first workshop I have attended of it's kind. While enrolling I was apprehensive of the idea of taking an online learning program. It was indeed a good learning experience. Also while exploring new subjects students like me expect patience from the guide , and my expectation was satisfied a 100%. I understood the basic principles of Molecular Docking. It's interesting that eWorkoshop has different topics on Molecular Docking. It is ideal for a beginner.

I am very happy to complete my project entitled Study to test the binding of THC- Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol & derivatives on Acetylcholine binding protein (AChBP): A Virtual Screening & Molecular Docking.At start of the project I was puzzled how I will complete,but due to complete guidance from BioDiscovery Group I completed my project. I specially thank the team for their continuous guidance and clarification about my project work. I am excited that, project I worked on has been submitted for publications. BioDiscovery have even given me idea how take my project to the next phase(i.e Wet lab).

My project is regarding the design of new inhibitors for HIV integrase, by blocking its site of action and hence preventing the disease. AIDS is a renowned disease which is still in need of a cure. My project focuses directly on the aspect of finding a drug for the disease. It has many phases and is systematic in its design. I found the project structure highly constructive and easy to learn. The softwares can be easily accessed through the help of a link provided. I have gained presumptuous knowledge regarding the various steps followed in drug designing and molecular modelling. Now, I am confident enough to take up a related project and work on it successfully.

It is very pleasure to work with Biodiscovery. I hope i get another chance to work with. The training team was helpful in the duration of project period. Thank you for the opportunity.

I have worked on Ebola virus program and being in touch with biodiscovery group people since past 8 months. The course work designed is very useful to get hands on drug designing concept. It was a very good experience I had with BioDiscovery group. The work went on smooth and the training was good, supplemented with appropriate materials to be equipped with the subject matter. The trainers were patient and helpful. I got an Experience Letter too from Asif Naqvi (CEO) for having researched in here. By a positive approach, excellence and efficiency of work, towards the projects, I am confident that BioDiscovery Group is on its way to provide me the credentials with the aid of a publication and/or a poster at International conference. It was an informative research project as i learned alot about the computational approaches for drug discoveries and designing. Adding some phases will be interesting and informative such as drug target selection, Homology modeling ( in case of no protein structure available in PDB), virtual screening based on either structural similarity or pharmacophore similarity and protein 3D structure analysis. I found this project is powerful, benefit and excellent.but it need more concern in theory.

I had worked on a research project under the guidance of Dr. Asif Naqvi. He was really very helpful and kind during the course of the project. I have also done workshops with Biodiscovery Group which has helped me in my career and many different ways. The team was very helpful and very quick whenever I was in need of any help or faced any doubts. The project was explained and demonstrated to me in a well and organised way. Looking forward to work with this firm again in my near future.

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. Please check the feedback as important and try to console our feedback.

I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial. My overall training experience was very pleasant and I'm happy and satisfied with my training.
