Dear BDG LifeSciences Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for organizing the 10-Day Technical Hands-On Workshop on Molecular Docking held from 1st to 10th March 2025. The workshop was incredibly insightful and well-structured, providing me with a deeper understanding of predicting interaction energy between molecules — a critical aspect in molecular docking and drug discovery. The workshop was meticulously organized, providing a comprehensive and well-structured learning experience for both beginners and experienced researchers in molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation. Dr. Sharvari is an outstanding educator with deep expertise in molecular docking and simulation. Their ability to simplify complex concepts and provide hands-on demonstrations using tools like AutoDock, and GROMACS, and made the workshop highly engaging and practical.

The 5 day training on MD simulations PL Complex was very knowledgeable event. I would like say thank you to the organizers to made the course online it gave me the opportunity to learn in my place only. The course really went over my expectations. The best part, Instructor Dr. Sharvari Kulkarni mam very professional and created a very informative environment. I am extremely grateful for that.

It was a very informative experience attending a 5-day e-workshop on "Drug Discovery and Design". Our Mentor, Sharvari Kulkarni, was more like a friend than a teacher, who guided and improvised our knowledge and gave us the opportunity to try the hands-on training in real-time during the live class, unlike other workshops where you are struggling with it as homework. A confident, patient, and inspiring mentor like her is rare to find. I am very thankful to hardworking mentors and BDG Lifesciences for providing these opportunities in a timely and having such profound mentors. Will again attend future workshops and strongly recommend others. Thank you very much for everything!! Overall a wonderful experience.

I am very grateful to the BDG Lifesciences for organizing a workshop on Exome sequencing analysis, and introducing me to Dr. Bharati Mittal who was the resource person for the workshop. I am especially thankful to Dr. Bharati Mittal for sharing her extensive knowledge on such an exclusive and classified topic. It was in every bit a hand-on workshop especially for a biologist like me who wanted to venture into computational bioinformatics to conduct the NGS analysis of patient samples with little knowledge of Linux based operating systems. Dr. Bharati literally filled the gap between the lab to the patient, with her excellent teaching skills whereby she eloquently explained the biology and principle of Exome sequencing and then taught the commands that began with the fastqc file and all the way to the final annotated vcf file generation. I was allowed to use my own data for the entire analysis, which we compared to the final report. She explained the attributes of the ACMG-AMP guidelines with amazing simplicity. Despite a virtual platform, it was an exciting experience to work remotely using a lab-based server during off-hours from home, under her patient guidance. I highly recommend this workshop to all those working in basic science and computational biology backgrounds.

Regarding Artificial Intelligence in Biology. I found it will take time to learn it as not having computer background anyhow it was fine to see this what is covered in biology with it.

It was a great experience learning artificial intelligence in biology with BioDiscovery group. I get to know about many new fields and areas which have AI application and influence. Thank you BioDiscovery group for helping me in learning this new researched area.
