Workshop was definitely a nice platform for me to learn something that I was aware of but never tried it out.. Bioinformatics was always a strange and not so known topic for me but now I can think of working on it too. All the software are just too user friendly and thanks Bio Discovery and AIIMS for such a helping hand.. looking forward for more workshops and study material for this drug designing one too. The workshop was good... I'd say you did teach well... But time management is what you need to practise efficiently... The staff was late on day 2, students were called at 9 to sort out there doubts but none of your staff showed up till 10:30. All in all a great experience.. But with proper time management more things could have been completed in the stipulated time.

The workshop was good which provide the overview of docking. The workshop mainly focused on carrying out the docking and not much on the analysis of outcome which we get. So it has to be improved more on result interpretation part. You can cover less topics but whatever you are teaching it should be clear to the students, otherwise it is not much of use. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery.
