The workshop was informative. Most significantly the practical sessions were good, which provided the first hand difficulties in handling the softwares. Secondly live workshops will be more comfortable than online. In online atleast videoconferencing should be provided. Rest was nice. The course was helpful for me and answered some of my questions. My knowledge has been improved in docking after the course. The trainer was patient with me and explains every thing in a good way. My course was one hour for 10 days, I found it was not enough as most of the time gone in typing and try to explain what I mean and in some stage I found difficulty and couldn't reached what I meant. It will be perfect if you could find another way for communication but not chatting and extend the time of each workshop. In the welcome email, I have been asked to download software but no one mentions that some of them cannot be downloaded in MacBook laptop. As I used Mac I couldn't try some of the programs. I think it will be helpful if you mention in the beginning that, it is better to use windows computer.

But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial.
