It's obviously a good program, and much practical dependent. It helps me to understand protein structure, folding pattern and ligand docking more deeply. I think the course should cover more area and more than 2 days then it will be more helpful for the students and researcher.

We got into the different software and this will help us a lot in future. 2 days workshop on practical approach in molecular simulation and dynamics , opened new ideas of research relevant to my research field in virology and cancer,but more practical application on cases studies is required by extending time from 2 days to 5 days this will help trainee to acquire skills in practising on softwares,also another point trainer may need qualified assistant (aware with workshop softwares) to help trainees especially if number of participants more than 15 Otherwise , overall evaluation was great

The course was helpful for me and answered some of my questions. My knowledge has been improved in docking after the course. The trainer was patient with me and explains every thing in a good way. My course was one hour for 10 days, I found it was not enough as most of the time gone in typing and try to explain what I mean and in some stage I found difficulty and couldn't reached what I meant. It will be perfect if you could find another way for communication but not chatting and extend the time of each workshop. In the welcome email, I have been asked to download software but no one mentions that some of them cannot be downloaded in MacBook laptop. As I used Mac I couldn't try some of the programs. I think it will be helpful if you mention in the beginning that, it is better to use windows computer.

Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward.
