I had some basic knowledge about docking. But I didn't know how to make pdb structure of ligand. Also in workshop I learnt how to detect H-bond between Ligand and the protein molecule. Also Learnt how set docking parameters around a single residue. overall I feel that I have learnt a lot from the workshop. sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery.
