The course was well designed and the course instructor was accommodative and explained in a lucid manner. I wished I could learn even more in detail and the workshop would be for more number of days.

The 10 day eWorkshop on Molecular Docking was very helpful and a great learning process. Docking was taught using many tools and software and hence i got an overall idea of different softwares and tools which can be used. I had a great time and a good learning experience. This course proved to be extremely resourceful and beneficial for my upcoming semesters. It was a much needed exposure on the topic of genomics and proteomics. This e-workshop was well paced and very informative. I am studying B.E in Biotechnology, 2nd year. I had a good learning experience through this eWorkshop. I got idea about genomics and proteomics and its practical knowledge. It is very nice idea to organize such helpful E workshops. Lot of knowledge gained. Each day on Molecular docking was held with simplicity and effectiveness. I got good help for software installation. Every software usage was explained well with each example. Very good way of making people learn how to use the software with very detailed instructions. When faced with problems, I received very quick helps. All topics were made relatable with easy steps of instruction. Well organized ! Thank you so much to the trainer and the team BioDiscovery!

I am pleased to give my feedback of the training.It was good with lot of useful links/tools provided for genome editing by CRISPR/Cas9.However a detail in depth explanation will help more.

The CRISPR program was informative and provided online support for doubt clearing at every step. The team is efficient and quick responsive. I may need some doubt clearance sometime in future, I would request for the support. For this, kindly share the contact information. As online training is considered, it is very good. Trainers are very polite and punctual about timings. But theory part should be explain in more detail.

The 5-day online training was a good learning experience. The instructor was very cooperative and helped me through all the difficulties that arose during the programming. It was a good learning experience. I just hope the course is provided with learning material as well.

I am very happy to complete my project entitled Study to test the binding of THC- Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol & derivatives on Acetylcholine binding protein (AChBP): A Virtual Screening & Molecular Docking.At start of the project I was puzzled how I will complete,but due to complete guidance from BioDiscovery Group I completed my project. I specially thank the team for their continuous guidance and clarification about my project work. I am excited that, project I worked on has been submitted for publications. BioDiscovery have even given me idea how take my project to the next phase(i.e Wet lab).

My project is regarding the design of new inhibitors for HIV integrase, by blocking its site of action and hence preventing the disease. AIDS is a renowned disease which is still in need of a cure. My project focuses directly on the aspect of finding a drug for the disease. It has many phases and is systematic in its design. I found the project structure highly constructive and easy to learn. The softwares can be easily accessed through the help of a link provided. I have gained presumptuous knowledge regarding the various steps followed in drug designing and molecular modelling. Now, I am confident enough to take up a related project and work on it successfully.

It was a very good experience I had with BioDiscovery group. The work went on smooth and the training was good, supplemented with appropriate materials to be equipped with the subject matter. The trainers were patient and helpful. I got an Experience Letter too from Asif Naqvi (CEO) for having researched in here. By a positive approach, excellence and efficiency of work, towards the projects, I am confident that BioDiscovery Group is on its way to provide me the credentials with the aid of a publication and/or a poster at International conference. This was a great experience. I learned a lot about the computer aided drug design, bioinformatics and computational biology. It was an informative research project as i learned alot about the computational approaches for drug discoveries and designing. Adding some phases will be interesting and informative such as drug target selection, Homology modeling ( in case of no protein structure available in PDB), virtual screening based on either structural similarity or pharmacophore similarity and protein 3D structure analysis. I found this project is powerful, benefit and excellent.but it need more concern in theory.

I had worked on a research project under the guidance of Dr. Asif Naqvi. He was really very helpful and kind during the course of the project. I have also done workshops with Biodiscovery Group which has helped me in my career and many different ways. The team was very helpful and very quick whenever I was in need of any help or faced any doubts. The project was explained and demonstrated to me in a well and organised way. Looking forward to work with this firm again in my near future.

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. Please check the feedback as important and try to console our feedback.

I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial. My overall training experience was very pleasant and I'm happy and satisfied with my training.
