I Thank the BIODISCOVERY team to give me such an opportunity to do a novel research project. I feel Immense pleasure in working with asif sir and akansha mam. Guidance and clarification was very good. Now i have confidence and experience in Research areas. The drug can be tested using clinical trials(wet lab) and carried out for the treatment of cancer.

BioDiscovery is my first step in the ladder towards my biotech career.I thank guidance of Deva sir,Akansha mam and Asif sir for their guidance to complete my project and help me to gain depth knowledge in this field. My project is regarding the design of new inhibitors for HIV integrase, by blocking its site of action and hence preventing the disease. AIDS is a renowned disease which is still in need of a cure. My project focuses directly on the aspect of finding a drug for the disease. It has many phases and is systematic in its design. I found the project structure highly constructive and easy to learn. The softwares can be easily accessed through the help of a link provided. I have gained presumptuous knowledge regarding the various steps followed in drug designing and molecular modelling. Now, I am confident enough to take up a related project and work on it successfully.

I am very happy to complete my project entitled Study to test the binding of THC- Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol & derivatives on Acetylcholine binding protein (AChBP): A Virtual Screening & Molecular Docking.At start of the project I was puzzled how I will complete,but due to complete guidance from BioDiscovery Group I completed my project. I specially thank the team for their continuous guidance and clarification about my project work. I am excited that, project I worked on has been submitted for publications. BioDiscovery have even given me idea how take my project to the next phase(i.e Wet lab).

As I am a research scholar and doing research on Alzheimer's disease using bioinformatics applications and techniques, for this reason I found your project was promising and was of great interest because it is directly associated to my research. Thus learning state-of the art tools and techniques was a boon for enhancing my knowledge and their applications in real world problems and research studies. The techniques that I learnt from this project will definitely improve my potentialities towards my research that I am currently pursuing. Also the software that were used in this project are free software, so that we can use them in our different studies. Therefore this project helped a lot to enhance my knowledge of Computer Aided Drug Designing. The project was nicely planned, all the phases were perfectly executed as per the schedule in time and we were able to meet the deadline of the project. All the task were executed with nice coordination and cooperation of the entire team. The guide supervision was excellent which helped us a lot to meet our goal of the project. I am happy of completing the research project in biodiscovery entitled Molecular Modeling study of 4-Phenyl-1H-Imidazole and its derivatives as potential inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO).Initially,I was hesitated to indulge in this project,but after 2 classes,it became my part of life.Akansha mam and Deva sir supported us all the time.Asif sir do guided us to complete the project.He always reply us with an answer whenever we asked doubts.we have planned to present and publish this work,so kindly guide for that too.And suggest us a place to do this work in a wet lab too.Its really nice working under the guidance of you all sir.

I did project here which got published at INTERNATIONAL LEVEL....and it is selected to be presented in a journal.....IMPACT FACTOR- 2.8.

Well-managed program. The speaker allowed the participant to give the ideas and discussed the things that could not be solved on time. Suggestion: The speaker should tell us the steps with the theoretical facts, so that the participants will understand it better without just remembering the command and algorithm. Besides, the instructor also need to prepare the precautions if the technical problems happen during the program for example: to fix the software and hardware problem, how and how. And in all, it was good. Congratulations :)

I found that this workshop is useful for someone like me who lack of basic about the computational stuff. It being conduct step by step and can be easily understood. However, the duration can be shorten up to less than 5 days.

Good training facilities. Materials and notes that provided were very useful and helpful for future references. Tq

Overall was ok, suitable for a beginner who have very limited knowledge on in-silico drug designing like me. I could only suggest that the instructor should explain more on the functions in each software that we use or explain more on the reason why we're using that particular function. Thanks

Really enjoyed the workshop. It was easy to understand each step with efficient hands on and understandable of manual.

I came to this course due to I realized prediction is needed for my research work due to I will need to screen ligand competitors to be an adjunct-therapy for infectious diseases. After when through so much procedure to obtained such information for test ligand, I think it is now possible for me to do it in my place. Unfortunately, this course only mentioned about known chemical structure, I will need to find another way on how to find my nucleotide sequence structure and docking the nucleotide to the protein of interest.

The workshop was highly informative and the step-by-step teaching methodology was easy to follow. The content discussed is beneficial and is directly applicable to my current project.

The training was very useful and informative. The trainer was good and patience in clearing our doubts. The teaching flow was good. Everything was organized well. Congrats to the panoply consultancy who created a platform for future researchers.

Even for those of us, who hadn't been acquainted with this field or who hadn't had the basic background training or expertise on drug designing, this workshop was easy to grasp and simple enough to understand. Marvelous work by the BioDiscovery Group team! Keep up the good work!

That workshop was very helpful for me as i have learned how to Dock 2 molecules with AutoDock Software...

Overall this workshop is useful.I hope the instructor could give more explanation on the software, the meaning of the command or syntax, and the application of software in future work.

It was great to attend a workshop on in silico drug designing.It has surely provided a new direction to me to move ahead in my career.Looking forward for more of such workshops.

The 5-days workshop on Drug discovery and Designing was very useful. I have gained an overview about the strategies and steps involved in drug-designing using computational methods. The hands-on training on various software has made me capable to apply these in the research work that I am involved in. In all, I can say that this workshop was very informative and highly useful and research-based.

the workshop was very well organised and helped me in clearing the drug designing concept. I will like to attend a workshop on simulations of drug designing. kindly inform me if you conduct a workshop on this topic. kindly keep the cost low for students so that more number of students can participate. I liked the projects carried out by you and will surely like to participate in that. currently i am not applying in it due to financial problems but like to participate soon. thanks a lot for your efforts.

Awesome experience gain in workshop. Faculty was too helpful and cooperative. I really got effective knowledge from there which showed me and clear my vision about the scope of biotech. It was a worth money workshop. Thanks to BioDiscovery Group to provide me this type of worth-full workshop.
