Thanks to BioDiscovery group for the program. The training was good and explanatory. I believe that I learned basics of molecular dynamics simulations using VMD/NAMD. The trainer is very good. But the methodology/protocol given is very rigid. Some steps are not clear. I cannot apply for all. Anyway now I am confident and thanks once again

it is quite good. Two hours in one session is good. CHAT is good way as well. I learned a lot. Although I feel I still have a lot of things want to learn. Maybe it would be nice that it can provide extra session if some people need more information. of course you can increase the fee as well. or some extra help after sessions during we are really using this system. we can still ask questions later.

I'm satisfied with the workshop. The host was cooperative and diligently attended to all my queries. We did face some difficulties due to server error for which no one can be blamed for but we somehow made it. I feel like I learned something so I think the money spent was worth it. I have some suggestions: Please do mention the pre-requisite knowledge about the workshop. As a 1st year Undergraduate student, I had trouble initially understanding some complex models like the ramachandran plot, dihedral torsion angles, etc, thus it would be good for other students to prepare in advance before the commencement of the workshop. Overall I'm content :)

The course was well organized and all information was clear, time was also flexible. However, the aim of each practice was not very clear for me, and I would like to have more explanation of the result.

This course provides many idea about the software tools,still some improvement is needed,like provide some videos related to that software,the 11 days workshop was good.

The e-Workshop programme was nicely designed and focused on practical base aspect which create interest to work out in future. Apart from classes, if one session of questionnaires will be there than it help us a lot. Though the mail communication with trainer is still available for future reference. If few theory materials of the applied software is available than this would be more value added to this eWorkshop. As a beginner, I am extremely satisfy over this 7 days eWorkshop and also in future looking forward to attend more programme.

I am happy of completing the research project in biodiscovery entitled Molecular Modeling study of 4-Phenyl-1H-Imidazole and its derivatives as potential inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO).Initially,I was hesitated to indulge in this project,but after 2 classes,it became my part of life.Akansha mam and Deva sir supported us all the time.Asif sir do guided us to complete the project.He always reply us with an answer whenever we asked doubts.we have planned to present and publish this work,so kindly guide for that too.And suggest us a place to do this work in a wet lab too.Its really nice working under the guidance of you all sir.

As I am a research scholar and doing research on Alzheimer's disease using bioinformatics applications and techniques, for this reason I found your project was promising and was of great interest because it is directly associated to my research. Thus learning state-of the art tools and techniques was a boon for enhancing my knowledge and their applications in real world problems and research studies. The techniques that I learnt from this project will definitely improve my potentialities towards my research that I am currently pursuing. Also the software that were used in this project are free software, so that we can use them in our different studies. Therefore this project helped a lot to enhance my knowledge of Computer Aided Drug Designing. The project was nicely planned, all the phases were perfectly executed as per the schedule in time and we were able to meet the deadline of the project. sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. Please check the feedback as important and try to console our feedback.

I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial. My overall training experience was very pleasant and I'm happy and satisfied with my training.
