Thanks to BioDiscovery group for the program. The training was good and explanatory. I believe that I learned basics of molecular dynamics simulations using VMD/NAMD. The trainer is very good. But the methodology/protocol given is very rigid. Some steps are not clear. I cannot apply for all. Anyway now I am confident and thanks once again

it is quite good. Two hours in one session is good. CHAT is good way as well. I learned a lot. Although I feel I still have a lot of things want to learn. Maybe it would be nice that it can provide extra session if some people need more information. of course you can increase the fee as well. or some extra help after sessions during we are really using this system. we can still ask questions later.

I'm satisfied with the workshop. The host was cooperative and diligently attended to all my queries. We did face some difficulties due to server error for which no one can be blamed for but we somehow made it. I feel like I learned something so I think the money spent was worth it. I have some suggestions: Please do mention the pre-requisite knowledge about the workshop. As a 1st year Undergraduate student, I had trouble initially understanding some complex models like the ramachandran plot, dihedral torsion angles, etc, thus it would be good for other students to prepare in advance before the commencement of the workshop. Overall I'm content :)

It s been a great workshop and the way the trainer explained was great

The course was well organized and all information was clear, time was also flexible. However, the aim of each practice was not very clear for me, and I would like to have more explanation of the result.

The program was very helpful in providing the fundamentals and application part using bioinformatics as a tool . Thankyou for the guidance and support during the training.

This course provides many idea about the software tools,still some improvement is needed,like provide some videos related to that software,the 11 days workshop was good.

The e-Workshop programme was nicely designed and focused on practical base aspect which create interest to work out in future. Apart from classes, if one session of questionnaires will be there than it help us a lot. Though the mail communication with trainer is still available for future reference. If few theory materials of the applied software is available than this would be more value added to this eWorkshop. As a beginner, I am extremely satisfy over this 7 days eWorkshop and also in future looking forward to attend more programme.

I am very happy to complete my project entitled Study to test the binding of THC- Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol & derivatives on Acetylcholine binding protein (AChBP): A Virtual Screening & Molecular Docking.At start of the project I was puzzled how I will complete,but due to complete guidance from BioDiscovery Group I completed my project. I specially thank the team for their continuous guidance and clarification about my project work. I am excited that, project I worked on has been submitted for publications. BioDiscovery have even given me idea how take my project to the next phase(i.e Wet lab).

My project is regarding the design of new inhibitors for HIV integrase, by blocking its site of action and hence preventing the disease. AIDS is a renowned disease which is still in need of a cure. My project focuses directly on the aspect of finding a drug for the disease. It has many phases and is systematic in its design. I found the project structure highly constructive and easy to learn. The softwares can be easily accessed through the help of a link provided. I have gained presumptuous knowledge regarding the various steps followed in drug designing and molecular modelling. Now, I am confident enough to take up a related project and work on it successfully.

It is very pleasure to work with Biodiscovery. I hope i get another chance to work with. The training team was helpful in the duration of project period. Thank you for the opportunity.

BioDiscovery is my first step in the ladder towards my biotech career.I thank guidance of Deva sir,Akansha mam and Asif sir for their guidance to complete my project and help me to gain depth knowledge in this field. This project has given me ideas to do further more similar projects and to carry my work further in wet lab. Publication guidance was excellent. It was great working with the BioDiscovery Group. Asif sir as well as the staff of the organization guided me really well in the project. They were easily accessible, so doubts got cleared instantly. I have worked on Ebola virus program and being in touch with biodiscovery group people since past 8 months. The course work designed is very useful to get hands on drug designing concept. It was a very good experience I had with BioDiscovery group. The work went on smooth and the training was good, supplemented with appropriate materials to be equipped with the subject matter. The trainers were patient and helpful. I got an Experience Letter too from Asif Naqvi (CEO) for having researched in here. By a positive approach, excellence and efficiency of work, towards the projects, I am confident that BioDiscovery Group is on its way to provide me the credentials with the aid of a publication and/or a poster at International conference. This was a great experience. I learned a lot about the computer aided drug design, bioinformatics and computational biology. It was an informative research project as i learned alot about the computational approaches for drug discoveries and designing. Adding some phases will be interesting and informative such as drug target selection, Homology modeling ( in case of no protein structure available in PDB), virtual screening based on either structural similarity or pharmacophore similarity and protein 3D structure analysis. I found this project is powerful, benefit and excellent.but it need more concern in theory.

I had worked on a research project under the guidance of Dr. Asif Naqvi. He was really very helpful and kind during the course of the project. I have also done workshops with Biodiscovery Group which has helped me in my career and many different ways. The team was very helpful and very quick whenever I was in need of any help or faced any doubts. The project was explained and demonstrated to me in a well and organised way. Looking forward to work with this firm again in my near future.

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. Please check the feedback as important and try to console our feedback.

I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial. My overall training experience was very pleasant and I'm happy and satisfied with my training.
