Before joining the program I was not acquainted with bionformatics and specially molecular docking and its related aspects. Now, after attending the workshop, I am able to appreciate this field as a new area of research. Hello. First of all I thank the CEO of BioDiscovery Group, India for conducting the workshop in Tabriz, Iran. I was one of the participants. The only bad thing about the workshop was that it was solely theoretical. Because of time limitation the workshop was performed in three theoretical sections which were interesting and useful but not ideal and complete due to the lack of all requirements of a real workshop. The other thing is that maybe it was better to send some articles and initial information to the participants to become more familiar with the topics and take more benefit from the discussions. I myself had this background but felt that without that it was really hard to understand what is going on there. Thanks again and best regards Delara

I am not expert in this field so my idea will not be comprehensive .This workshop had a good view good for beginner and it was helpful for me to use the software and every things that related to it,but it was not good to answer the professional questions as some student had such question. Also, the time for this kind of workshop was not sufficient. Any way, in spite of the some deficiency, the teacher was good and patiently reply to the answer of the student.

Thanks to BioDiscovery group for the program. The training was good and explanatory. I believe that I learned basics of molecular dynamics simulations using VMD/NAMD. The trainer is very good. But the methodology/protocol given is very rigid. Some steps are not clear. I cannot apply for all. Anyway now I am confident and thanks once again

it is quite good. Two hours in one session is good. CHAT is good way as well. I learned a lot. Although I feel I still have a lot of things want to learn. We did face some difficulties due to server error for which no one can be blamed for but we somehow made it. I feel like I learned something so I think the money spent was worth it. I have some suggestions: Please do mention the pre-requisite knowledge about the workshop. As a 1st year Undergraduate student, I had trouble initially understanding some complex models like the ramachandran plot, dihedral torsion angles, etc, thus it would be good for other students to prepare in advance before the commencement of the workshop. Overall I'm content :)

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial.
