Thanks to BioDiscovery group for the program. The training was good and explanatory. I believe that I learned basics of molecular dynamics simulations using VMD/NAMD. The trainer is very good. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery.
