Vaccine design eWorkshop is more organized and easier understandable than the previous program on dynamic simulation. However, the basic concept of insilico vaccine design wasn't covered to the best of my knowledge. I hope next time we will benefit more from you.

The e-workshop on vaccine design was very useful, informative and has definitely added novel knowledge to my skills.

I learned most from this course that how to perform Protein Analysis Secondly I still need to learn more about how to interpretation of the results and Rama Chandra plot and inter-relation b/w all the steps in in-silico vaccine designing thirdly i will try to apply the learning to my research work Overall I felt very good to learn from the course Thanks and Regards

The NGS eWorkshop served as a wonderful introduction to the core theoretical concepts and current limitations in Next Generation Sequencing. The instructor was patient and very helpful and taught well. However, if the practical approach could be implemented, it would serve as a great improvement as it would enable the participants to experience how to perform NGS analysis.

It was good.Got to learn a lot of things.The best part is i can revert back to those helpful points told by VanDana mam. She was very helpful.

It was a nice experience and I got to learn a lot about immunoinformatics.

The workshop introduced me to a lot of open source software and databases related to bioinformatics. The molecular modeling and simulation was really great. The Staff took real care that everyone in the workshop understood everything and gave individual attention. Keep up your good work!

The Vaccine design Course was overall good, teacher was supportive. Kept asking us if we had any doubts. Started on time and ended on time. However I don't think 2 hours and a skype chat is sufficient for a person to go into much detail about the subject. I suggest that next time, detailed notes and explanation of every step be given in advance as that would save much time instead of asking the same questions on skype.

I am happy of completing the research project in biodiscovery entitled Molecular Modeling study of 4-Phenyl-1H-Imidazole and its derivatives as potential inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO).Initially,I was hesitated to indulge in this project,but after 2 classes,it became my part of life.Akansha mam and Deva sir supported us all the time.Asif sir do guided us to complete the project.He always reply us with an answer whenever we asked doubts.we have planned to present and publish this work,so kindly guide for that too.And suggest us a place to do this work in a wet lab too.Its really nice working under the guidance of you all sir.

As I am a research scholar and doing research on Alzheimer's disease using bioinformatics applications and techniques, for this reason I found your project was promising and was of great interest because it is directly associated to my research. Thus learning state-of the art tools and techniques was a boon for enhancing my knowledge and their applications in real world problems and research studies. The techniques that I learnt from this project will definitely improve my potentialities towards my research that I am currently pursuing. Also the software that were used in this project are free software, so that we can use them in our different studies. Therefore this project helped a lot to enhance my knowledge of Computer Aided Drug Designing. The project was nicely planned, all the phases were perfectly executed as per the schedule in time and we were able to meet the deadline of the project. Name of the program: 7-day NGS workshop: 1- The trainer is very knowledgeable and can answer any question related to the topic. 2- I suggest that the next NGS training to be as a project-based learning workshop instead of sending theoretical information and YouTube videos via Skype. In other words, the training is better to be on a project related to the topic, and the trainer sends tasks gradually to the participants to be performed daily, then Q&A session for every task to answer all doubts. Briefly, like last year Drug discovery technology workshop which was very interesting and amazing.

Overall it was good. Bioinfo/analysis part was a little difficult to understand. The sessions would have been better if they have audio than text. That would have been more interactive. But very informative overall..for a starter.

I found the workshop very helpful as it will not only help in my PhD but also in future endeavours. Devadrita Dey Sarkar made many of doubts cleared in very easy way. Overall I found the workshop enlightening and helpful for me.

The course contents and the tutor who taught are really good. I would like to mention that a video tutorial would have been lot better along with chat on Skype(to clear doubts), like the coursera workshops. It s really good to know that the tutors are extending their support to clear doubts if any, even after the workshop. Thank you for all the support.

I decided to join this workshop in order to get hands on experience in molecular docking. We are using network pharmacology based approaches to scientifically validate the Ayurvedic medicinal plants and formulations. In that we use docking as a validation tool for the data generated. This workshop was helpful in that aspect to get the hands on exposure. The positive things about the workshop were (1) one on one training that gave opportunity to understand the lessons well and clear the doubts, (2) introduced different tools/software that gave an idea how to select them based on the application and (3) the trainers showed the patience to clear the doubts. I felt it would have been excellent if the theory part was explained in a proper and organised way which was weak at many places. Also felt that it would have been useful if you had provided some video links to refer after the course hours. Also have the opinion that the fee of INR. 17000 only for modelling and docking was higher. Altogether it was a nice experience for the last 20 days and I thank all the trainers and the BD team! Wish the BD team all the best in your future endeavours!!!

The Molecular Dynamic Simulation (MDS) training session was clear, well organized. Advantages: --The trainer was accurate in time. --Most of my questions and queries were clearly answered. Disadvantages: --The MDS outcome interpretation has not been explained clearly. --Also, the fee of the workshop is very expensive from my view. Comment: In overall, I am pleased with the workshop and I highly recommend this workshop to other colleague.

The online training for drug discovery has been an amazing experience for me. Its easily accessible and one can be a part of the training from any part of the world because it is conducted online. Understanding the basics of how actually molecules are selected to be in the run of being a potential drug in the future is all I ever wanted to learn and explore, and Biodiscovery group made it possible.
