Vaccine design eWorkshop is more organized and easier understandable than the previous program on dynamic simulation. However, the basic concept of insilico vaccine design wasn't covered to the best of my knowledge. I hope next time we will benefit more from you.

The e-workshop on vaccine design was very useful, informative and has definitely added novel knowledge to my skills.

I learned most from this course that how to perform Protein Analysis Secondly I still need to learn more about how to interpretation of the results and Rama Chandra plot and inter-relation b/w all the steps in in-silico vaccine designing thirdly i will try to apply the learning to my research work Overall I felt very good to learn from the course Thanks and Regards

The NGS eWorkshop served as a wonderful introduction to the core theoretical concepts and current limitations in Next Generation Sequencing. The instructor was patient and very helpful and taught well. However, if the practical approach could be implemented, it would serve as a great improvement as it would enable the participants to experience how to perform NGS analysis.

It was good.Got to learn a lot of things.The best part is i can revert back to those helpful points told by VanDana mam. She was very helpful.

It was a nice experience and I got to learn a lot about immunoinformatics.

professors are very cooperative and kind.No issue with that.If its one and half hour instead of one hour it would be great to do more for some situations live video is a must.Those are the two issues I struggled with.That's it.

The workshop introduced me to a lot of open source software and databases related to bioinformatics. The molecular modeling and simulation was really great. The Staff took real care that everyone in the workshop understood everything and gave individual attention. Keep up your good work!

The Vaccine design Course was overall good, teacher was supportive. Kept asking us if we had any doubts. Started on time and ended on time. However I don't think 2 hours and a skype chat is sufficient for a person to go into much detail about the subject. I suggest that next time, detailed notes and explanation of every step be given in advance as that would save much time instead of asking the same questions on skype.

I am very happy to complete my project entitled Study to test the binding of THC- Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol & derivatives on Acetylcholine binding protein (AChBP): A Virtual Screening & Molecular Docking.At start of the project I was puzzled how I will complete,but due to complete guidance from BioDiscovery Group I completed my project. I specially thank the team for their continuous guidance and clarification about my project work. I am excited that, project I worked on has been submitted for publications. BioDiscovery have even given me idea how take my project to the next phase(i.e Wet lab).

My project is regarding the design of new inhibitors for HIV integrase, by blocking its site of action and hence preventing the disease. AIDS is a renowned disease which is still in need of a cure. My project focuses directly on the aspect of finding a drug for the disease. It has many phases and is systematic in its design. I found the project structure highly constructive and easy to learn. The softwares can be easily accessed through the help of a link provided. I have gained presumptuous knowledge regarding the various steps followed in drug designing and molecular modelling. Now, I am confident enough to take up a related project and work on it successfully.

It is very pleasure to work with Biodiscovery. I hope i get another chance to work with. The training team was helpful in the duration of project period. Thank you for the opportunity.

BioDiscovery is my first step in the ladder towards my biotech career.I thank guidance of Deva sir,Akansha mam and Asif sir for their guidance to complete my project and help me to gain depth knowledge in this field. I have worked on Ebola virus program and being in touch with biodiscovery group people since past 8 months. The course work designed is very useful to get hands on drug designing concept. It was a very good experience I had with BioDiscovery group. The work went on smooth and the training was good, supplemented with appropriate materials to be equipped with the subject matter. The trainers were patient and helpful. I got an Experience Letter too from Asif Naqvi (CEO) for having researched in here. By a positive approach, excellence and efficiency of work, towards the projects, I am confident that BioDiscovery Group is on its way to provide me the credentials with the aid of a publication and/or a poster at International conference. Overall it was very interesting and fantastic experience to research at the BioDiscovery Group.

This was a great experience. I learned a lot about the computer aided drug design, bioinformatics and computational biology. It was an informative research project as i learned alot about the computational approaches for drug discoveries and designing. Adding some phases will be interesting and informative such as drug target selection, Homology modeling ( in case of no protein structure available in PDB), virtual screening based on either structural similarity or pharmacophore similarity and protein 3D structure analysis. I found this project is powerful, benefit and excellent.but it need more concern in theory.

I had worked on a research project under the guidance of Dr. Asif Naqvi. He was really very helpful and kind during the course of the project. I have also done workshops with Biodiscovery Group which has helped me in my career and many different ways. The team was very helpful and very quick whenever I was in need of any help or faced any doubts. The project was explained and demonstrated to me in a well and organised way. Looking forward to work with this firm again in my near future.

Name of the program: 7-day NGS workshop: 1- The trainer is very knowledgeable and can answer any question related to the topic. 2- I suggest that the next NGS training to be as a project-based learning workshop instead of sending theoretical information and YouTube videos via Skype. In other words, the training is better to be on a project related to the topic, and the trainer sends tasks gradually to the participants to be performed daily, then Q&A session for every task to answer all doubts. Briefly, like last year Drug discovery technology workshop which was very interesting and amazing.

Overall it was good. Bioinfo/analysis part was a little difficult to understand. The sessions would have been better if they have audio than text. That would have been more interactive. But very informative overall..for a starter.

I found the workshop very helpful as it will not only help in my PhD but also in future endeavours. Devadrita Dey Sarkar made many of doubts cleared in very easy way. Overall I found the workshop enlightening and helpful for me.

The course contents and the tutor who taught are really good. I would like to mention that a video tutorial would have been lot better along with chat on Skype(to clear doubts), like the coursera workshops. It s really good to know that the tutors are extending their support to clear doubts if any, even after the workshop. Thank you for all the support.

I decided to join this workshop in order to get hands on experience in molecular docking. We are using network pharmacology based approaches to scientifically validate the Ayurvedic medicinal plants and formulations. In that we use docking as a validation tool for the data generated. This workshop was helpful in that aspect to get the hands on exposure. The positive things about the workshop were (1) one on one training that gave opportunity to understand the lessons well and clear the doubts, (2) introduced different tools/software that gave an idea how to select them based on the application and (3) the trainers showed the patience to clear the doubts. I felt it would have been excellent if the theory part was explained in a proper and organised way which was weak at many places. Also felt that it would have been useful if you had provided some video links to refer after the course hours. Also have the opinion that the fee of INR. 17000 only for modelling and docking was higher. Altogether it was a nice experience for the last 20 days and I thank all the trainers and the BD team! Wish the BD team all the best in your future endeavours!!!

The Molecular Dynamic Simulation (MDS) training session was clear, well organized. Advantages: --The trainer was accurate in time. --Most of my questions and queries were clearly answered. Disadvantages: --The MDS outcome interpretation has not been explained clearly. --Also, the fee of the workshop is very expensive from my view. Comment: In overall, I am pleased with the workshop and I highly recommend this workshop to other colleague.

The online training for drug discovery has been an amazing experience for me. Its easily accessible and one can be a part of the training from any part of the world because it is conducted online. Understanding the basics of how actually molecules are selected to be in the run of being a potential drug in the future is all I ever wanted to learn and explore, and Biodiscovery group made it possible.
