The online training for drug discovery has been an amazing experience for me. Its easily accessible and one can be a part of the training from any part of the world because it is conducted online. Understanding the basics of how actually molecules are selected to be in the run of being a potential drug in the future is all I ever wanted to learn and explore, and Biodiscovery group made it possible.

The Molecular Dynamic Simulation (MDS) training session was clear, well organized. Advantages: --The trainer was accurate in time. --Most of my questions and queries were clearly answered. Disadvantages: --The MDS outcome interpretation has not been explained clearly. --Also, the fee of the workshop is very expensive from my view. Comment: In overall, I am pleased with the workshop and I highly recommend this workshop to other colleague.

I decided to join this workshop in order to get hands on experience in molecular docking. We are using network pharmacology based approaches to scientifically validate the Ayurvedic medicinal plants and formulations. In that we use docking as a validation tool for the data generated. This workshop was helpful in that aspect to get the hands on exposure. The positive things about the workshop were (1) one on one training that gave opportunity to understand the lessons well and clear the doubts, (2) introduced different tools/software that gave an idea how to select them based on the application and (3) the trainers showed the patience to clear the doubts. I felt it would have been excellent if the theory part was explained in a proper and organised way which was weak at many places. Also felt that it would have been useful if you had provided some video links to refer after the course hours. Also have the opinion that the fee of INR. 17000 only for modelling and docking was higher. Altogether it was a nice experience for the last 20 days and I thank all the trainers and the BD team! Wish the BD team all the best in your future endeavours!!!

The training programme is very useful for developing basic knowledge on Protein modelling and interpreting the Molecular Dynamics mechanism. Overall the institution is very cooperative and supportive, especially, Yash sir. Thank You

Many thanks for providing the opportunity to learn something new in such an easy way. I have one suggestion though, that you could schedule the classes for the same time for all students with an interactive chatting manner. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The course contents and the tutor who taught are really good. I would like to mention that a video tutorial would have been lot better along with chat on Skype(to clear doubts), like the coursera workshops. It s really good to know that the tutors are extending their support to clear doubts if any, even after the workshop. Thank you for all the support.

I found the workshop very helpful as it will not only help in my PhD but also in future endeavours. Devadrita Dey Sarkar made many of doubts cleared in very easy way. Overall I found the workshop enlightening and helpful for me.

Overall it was good. Bioinfo/analysis part was a little difficult to understand. The sessions would have been better if they have audio than text. That would have been more interactive. But very informative overall..for a starter.

Name of the program: 7-day NGS workshop: 1- The trainer is very knowledgeable and can answer any question related to the topic. 2- I suggest that the next NGS training to be as a project-based learning workshop instead of sending theoretical information and YouTube videos via Skype. In other words, the training is better to be on a project related to the topic, and the trainer sends tasks gradually to the participants to be performed daily, then Q&A session for every task to answer all doubts. Briefly, like last year Drug discovery technology workshop which was very interesting and amazing.

Learning NGS was really useful and informative for me. It helped to enhance my understanding in NGS. Hope more workshops in future. Thank you!

I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward. I just have one request that instead of two months they should also conduct six months training which can be further beneficial. My overall training experience was very pleasant and I'm happy and satisfied with my training.

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. Please check the feedback as important and try to console our feedback.

The course can be more informative and the software training can be given in more detail, since the training was given only to complete the present study, and the other modules and the other options in the software was less known. Hence the practical application may become a little difficult if we perform an individual study.

The learning experience was good. I am doing my M. Pharmacy,so,it will be helpful to me in future. Before learning this study I didn't have idea much about molecular modelling and drug designing but now I have a good idea about this technology. Methodology was also good. The workshop was good... I'd say you did teach well... But time management is what you need to practise efficiently... The staff was late on day 2, students were called at 9 to sort out there doubts but none of your staff showed up till 10:30. All in all a great experience.. But with proper time management more things could have been completed in the stipulated time.

Workshop was definitely a nice platform for me to learn something that I was aware of but never tried it out.. Bioinformatics was always a strange and not so known topic for me but now I can think of working on it too. All the software are just too user friendly and thanks Bio Discovery and AIIMS for such a helping hand.. looking forward for more workshops and study material for this drug designing one too. Thanks a lot.

One of the most simple and best workshops I have attended. We were given plenty of opportunities to try out the methods immediately. This practical aspect helped me clarify my doubts and also got valuable input from other participants. Wonderful event, I???m happy to have been part of it.
