It's obviously a good program, and much practical dependent. It helps me to understand protein structure, folding pattern and ligand docking more deeply. I think the course should cover more area and more than 2 days then it will be more helpful for the students and researcher.

We got into the different software and this will help us a lot in future. But I would like the BioDiscovery Group to rather start from the basics because there were many students who did not know even the basics, so the concepts should be clear first.

2 days workshop on practical approach in molecular simulation and dynamics , opened new ideas of research relevant to my research field in virology and cancer,but more practical application on cases studies is required by extending time from 2 days to 5 days this will help trainee to acquire skills in practising on softwares,also another point trainer may need qualified assistant (aware with workshop softwares) to help trainees especially if number of participants more than 15 Otherwise , overall evaluation was great

The NGS eWorkshop served as a wonderful introduction to the core theoretical concepts and current limitations in Next Generation Sequencing. The instructor was patient and very helpful and taught well. However, if the practical approach could be implemented, it would serve as a great improvement as it would enable the participants to experience how to perform NGS analysis.

The Vaccine design Course was overall good, teacher was supportive. Kept asking us if we had any doubts. Started on time and ended on time. However I don't think 2 hours and a skype chat is sufficient for a person to go into much detail about the subject. I suggest that next time, detailed notes and explanation of every step be given in advance as that would save much time instead of asking the same questions on skype.

Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward.
