Firstly I want to thank all of the team for this the helpful and well organized workshop, but i have 2 comments only on it: 1- The time of the workshop was too small in comparing with the content of it. 2- I wanted to have more details about the programmes, I needed to understand how and why I selected those parameters and commands I used in the softwares used. many thanks again for this successful workshop and i hope to attend more and more workshops for you, best regards, Mai Ibrahim.

I'm basically a toxicologist.i am been involved in only wet lab experiment, this workshop is my first kind in computer association. I really enjoyed participating the workshop, I know little about, drug designing and molecular docking, maybe theory basis, but the workshop started from the basis, gave me the insight of drug designing, gave enough time to do the assigned task. Though I was little slow in the beginning, but urge to learn and know more, kept me in the phase, and finally able to complete the task in stipulated time, I am a faculty, competing with other participants especially students the younger generation was really appealing. Definitely I have learned a lot about drug designing and molecular docking, I was not knowing about the software to perform ADMET, now got to know it. To participate workshop in the workshop was a good experience. The NGS eWorkshop served as a wonderful introduction to the core theoretical concepts and current limitations in Next Generation Sequencing. The instructor was patient and very helpful and taught well. However, if the practical approach could be implemented, it would serve as a great improvement as it would enable the participants to experience how to perform NGS analysis.

The Vaccine design Course was overall good, teacher was supportive. Kept asking us if we had any doubts. Started on time and ended on time. However I don't think 2 hours and a skype chat is sufficient for a person to go into much detail about the subject. I suggest that next time, detailed notes and explanation of every step be given in advance as that would save much time instead of asking the same questions on skype.

Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education.
