INTRODUCTION

Over the next four days, you will dive into the world of microarray and RNA-Seq data analysis, learning how to preprocess, visualize, analyze, and interpret high-throughput gene expression data using the R programming language. • Day 1 [60-90 mins]: Theory session including introduction to Microarray & RNA-Seq data types, pre-processing algorithms, QC plots understanding. Installing all the software, packages, and pre-requisites before starting

• Day 3 [60-90 mins]: RNA-Seq data analysis and DEGs identification
• Day 4 [60-90 mins: Meta-analysis of multiple datasets and DEGs identification

He plays an active role in designing new computational biology pipelines to advance the field.
