He has authored over 40 research publications in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals. His expertise lies in RNA-Seq and microarray data analysis, biological network analysis, univariate & multivariate survival analysis, and cancer genetics. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading professionals, scientists, faculties, and doctors from around the world on various research projects. He plays an active role in designing new computational biology pipelines to advance the field.
